Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Make a Frankenshake cocktailMelt the chocolate chips in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Stir, then microwave until completely melted, about 30 more seconds.

Place a pint glass or beer mug on its side. Using a toothpick, skewer, or clean paintbrush, draw a mouth and eyes on the inside of the glass with melted chocolate. Add a few strokes to resemble Frankenstein's face. Set the glass down and frost the rim and about a quarter of the outside of the glass to resemble hair. Sprinkle chocolate wafer cookie crumbs on the outside. Drizzle a little chocolate on the sides where the screws will be, then glue two chocolate-covered caramels and press firmly to secure. Place the glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes, or overnight, to allow the chocolate to harden.
  2. Make a Bride of Frankenshake cocktailMelt the red chocolate in a small bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir, then microwave until completely melted, about 30 more seconds.

Place a pint glass or beer mug on its side. Using a toothpick, skewer, or clean paintbrush, draw red lips. Draw eyes on the inside of the glass using melted chocolate. Stand the glass up and spread chocolate along the rim of the glass and about a quarter of the way up the outside to create the look of hair. Sprinkle chocolate cookie crumbs around the outside of the glass. Drizzle a little chocolate along the sides of the glass where the screws will be, then glue the two remaining chocolate-covered caramels in place and press firmly to secure. Place the glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes, or overnight, to allow the chocolate to harden.

  3. Meanwhile, make a milkshake.Blend the ice cream and milk until smooth. Pour half into a Frankenshake Bride glass and chill in the freezer. Add peppermint extract and green food coloring to the remaining mixture and stir. Pour into a Frankenshake glass. Sprinkle the top of each glass with the remaining crumbled wafer cookies. Make a swirl of whipped cream on the Bride's glass. Serve immediately.
