This simple recipe for a sophisticated crème brûlée is perfect for unexpected guests. All you need is store-bought chocolate pudding (one jar per serving). Sprinkle the pudding with sugar, then light it on a kitchen torch to caramelize the sugar. Garnish with fresh berries and serve. It looks like a restaurant dessert!
