The term “hard drinks” is used to describe unsweetened drinks with a high alcohol content – from 20 to 65%.

All the drinks mentioned above have varying strengths, and all can be used to make various cocktails. Don't assume that just because you're drinking an alcoholic cocktail means it's completely alcohol-free.
