The easiest way to cook bone-in pork loin into juicy, natural cutlets requires no additional ingredients other than salt and a charcoal grill, which is also an essential component of delicious meat, as its aroma, imbuing the pork during grilling, is as good as any other seasoning. After grilling, the meat needs a little time to rest and finish cooking. Serve with any vegetable side dishes and enjoy.

Recipe:
- 2 natural pork cutlets on the bone, 2.5 cm thick.
Generously season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides. Let them sit at room temperature for about 15-30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat a charcoal grill. When the coals are hot, grill the chops for 5 minutes on each side until almost done. Transfer to a platter and cover with aluminum foil. Let them rest for 15 minutes. Serve with green beans for garnish.
