Nalistniki - detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


Dough

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 cups of sparkling water
  • 1 egg, plus 1 egg yolk
  • 3 cups premium wheat flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tbsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Filling

  • 1 can (680 g) pitted cherries in light syrup (drain syrup)
  • 4 cups cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • Cooking spray for frying
  • Whipped cream, for serving
  • Powdered sugar or chocolate powder, for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. For the test: Blend all ingredients well in a blender and refrigerate for an hour.

    For the filling: Place cream cheese, sugar, and cherries in a large bowl. Mix well.
  2. Spray the pan with cooking spray. Pour 1/2 cup of batter into the pan and cook until the pancake is set (it should be golden, but not brown). Flip the pancake and cook the other side. Transfer to a large plate and cook the remaining pancakes in the same way.

    Fill the pancakes with the creamy filling and wrap them however you like. Place them on a serving platter and serve hot with whipped cream and a sprinkle of chocolate powder.
