Onions cleanse and rejuvenate brain cells

Japanese scientists have found new evidence in favor of eating onions.
The health benefits of onions were discovered in Rus' centuries ago. But it was Japanese scientists who finally found a scientific explanation for this fact.

With the inquisitiveness typical of Asians, they discovered that onions do indeed act as a barrier to aging and are a serious barrier to various infections and pathogens. But most importantly, the Japanese discovered that the sulfur compounds found in onions, carried by the blood to the brain, cleanse its cells. This is precisely why people who make it a rule to eat at least a clove of onion daily suffer less from memory loss. Even in old age, they retain excellent responsiveness to the comments of loved ones.

Scientists from Japan are echoed by their colleagues from France, who claim to have discovered that regular consumption of onions helps prevent breast cancer.
