Make amazing homemade ice cream inspired by the American dessert "Strawberry Shortcake," which is typically a sponge cake with whipped cream and strawberries. No special ice cream molds are needed; simply assemble the shortcakes directly into paper cups, which you can then cut open to reveal the dessert. Layer the cups with crushed breakfast cereal, frozen yogurt, and prepared strawberry sorbet, insert wooden sticks, and freeze until set. You'll love this ice cream for the perfect combination of crunchy cereal, smooth yogurt, and refreshing strawberry sorbet.
