The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 4 cups orange juice without pulp (not from concentrate)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt 0% fat
  • 2 tsp orange zest (about 1 large orange)
  • 1.5 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Special equipment: 6 molds with a capacity of 120 ml for ice cream on a stick

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Combine the orange juice and honey in a wide saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Cook until reduced to 2 cups, about 25 minutes. Let cool completely.
  2. Combine the orange-honey mixture, yogurt, orange zest, vanilla, and a pinch of salt in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into six 120 ml molds. Freeze until completely set, at least 4 hours or overnight.

  3. To serve, remove the ice cream from the freezer, rinse with hot tap water and remove from the mold.
