This alcoholic jelly contains the perfect balance of tequila, lime juice, and orange liqueur. The jelly is moderately sweet and delicious—an adult dessert that instantly lifts your spirits! Wait until the jelly has completely set, and garnish each shot with a lime wedge and flaky sea salt.

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 limes, juice 2 and cut 1 into small wedges
- 2/3 cup seltzer water
- 1 packet (7 g) of gelatin (about 2.5 tsp)
- 2/3 cup tequila
- 2 tbsp. l. orange liqueur
- Sea salt flakes, for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the sugar, lime juice, and 2/3 cup plain water. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring, until the sugar dissolves, about 2 minutes. Add seltzer water to the syrup, sprinkle the gelatin on top, and let it soak for 5 minutes.
- Microwave the jello mixture until the gelatin is completely dissolved, about 30 seconds. Stir in the tequila and orange liqueur. Pour the mixture into 12 60 ml shot glasses. Refrigerate until completely set, at least 3 hours.
- Before serving, garnish each serving with a small pinch of sea salt and a lime wedge.
