Ingredients:

  • Finely grated zest of 1 lime + 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice and wedges for garnish
  • 180 ml of tequila
  • 240 ml orange liqueur
  • 4 cups frozen mango pieces

    Step 1
  • Combine the lime zest with 1 tablespoon of salt in a small bowl. Wet the rims of 4 glasses with lime wedges; dip them into the salt mixture and press firmly to adhere.

  • In a blender, blend tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, frozen mango, and 2 cups of ice until smooth. Pour into prepared glasses and garnish with lime wedges.
