Frozen Margarita cocktail - detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


To make fruit ice:

  • 1.5 cups of water
  • 1 1/4 cups orange liqueur
  • 1 1/4 cups freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar

To prepare one serving of cocktail:

  • 6-7 fruit ice cubes
  • 6-7 cubes of plain ice
  • 60 ml tequila

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Prepare fruit ice: Mix water, orange liqueur, lime juice, and powdered sugar. Fill ice cube trays with the mixture and freeze for 6 hours. You should have 32 popsicles.
  2. Prepare the glass: Wet the rim of the glass with lime juice or water, then dip it in coarse salt.

  3. Prepare a cocktail: Place the fruit ice and 6-7 regular ice cubes in a blender, then pour in the tequila. Turn on the blender and blend until the mixture resembles wet snow. Pour the margarita into the prepared glass.
