The simple and elegant Margarita cocktail has remained popular for over seventy years and is considered a "Modern Classic" by the International Bartenders Association (IBA). It's unclear who created it or for whom the drink was named; historians agree that Mexico was the drink's birthplace. The classic Margarita is perfect as an aperitif or for an evening in good company. But today, we suggest varying the classic recipe and adding additional citrus notes by adding freshly squeezed juice.
