Give your Margarita a wonderful tropical twist by adding pineapple juice and passion fruit puree to its basic ingredients—tequila, freshly squeezed lime juice, and orange liqueur. Its aroma will evoke a hot summer in winter and lift your spirits in summer.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 45 ml of reposado tequila
  • 45 ml. pineapple juice
  • 30 ml defrosted passion fruit puree
  • 15 ml of orange-flavored liqueur
  • 7 ml lime juice
  • 7 ml. agave syrup

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Combine 45 ml each of reposado tequila and pineapple juice, 30 ml of defrosted passion fruit puree, 15 ml of orange-flavored liqueur (such as Cointreau), and 7 ml each of freshly squeezed lime juice and light agave syrup in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake to chill. Strain into a short glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
