Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup tequila
  • 2/3 tbsp. mango nectar
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Half a lime cut into quarters
  • Sugar to make a rim on the glasses
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Sprinkle a thin layer of sugar on a saucer. Run a lime wedge around the rim of two margarita or martini glasses. Dip the rims into the sugar on the saucer to create a narrow rim of sugar around the edge of the glass.
  • Step 2
  • In a cocktail shaker or small pitcher, combine tequila, mango nectar, lime juice, and ice cubes. Shake vigorously or stir for 30 seconds. Strain an equal amount into each glass. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime wedge into each cocktail and drop a wedge into the glass. Serve immediately.
