Mint and white grapes add an even more refreshing flavor to the invigorating Margarita, giving it an inviting green color. Frozen Margaritas are made in a blender. Freeze the grapes first to avoid adding too much ice and ensure maximum flavor.


Ingredients:

  • 0.5 cups white grapes
  • 1/4 cup mint
  • 60 ml silver tequila
  • 15 ml lime juice
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Place 1/2 cup seedless white grapes on a plate and freeze for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  • Step 2
  • Then transfer the grapes to a blender and add 1/4 cup tightly packed fresh mint, 60 ml silver tequila, 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice, 1 teaspoon superfine sugar and 1/2 cup ice.
  • Step 3
  • Blend until thick, adding more ice as needed. Garnish with grapes.
