Sweet, juicy watermelon adds a refreshing summer twist to this popular tequila cocktail. To make it, you'll need a powerful blender to crush the ice thoroughly. Serve the frozen watermelon margarita garnished with a slice of watermelon and a lime wedge.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup diced watermelon + 2 small wedges for serving
  • 120 ml tequila
  • 30 ml orange liqueur
  • 60 ml freshly squeezed lime juice + 2 wedges for serving
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt

2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.

1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.
