  • 55 g sliced ​​mozzarella

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.

    Step 1
  • Place a pizza stone on the bottom or lowest rack of the oven. Preheat the oven to 260°C.

    Pat the dough into a 30cm (12 in) circle and place it on a pizza peel. Spread the tomato mixture on the base and top with mozzarella. Transfer the pizza to the baking stone and bake for 8-10 minutes. When done, drizzle with a few drops of olive oil and garnish with basil leaves.
