A sundae is a delicious ice cream dessert garnished with various toppings and sweet sauces. The easiest way to make a sundae is to top it with berry jam, which you can make yourself in just 10 minutes. Combine seedless grapes and blackberries with sugar and simmer until the juice turns into syrup. Pour the still-warm berry-infused syrup over the ice cream to soften it slightly, and enjoy.

Recipe:
In a small saucepan, combine 3/4 cup each blackberries and seedless red grapes, 1/3 cup sugar, and 2 teaspoons water. Cook over medium heat until the juices release, about 10 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, remove the fruit and simmer until the liquid becomes syrupy, about 2 minutes more. Cool slightly. Stir the fruit back into the syrup and serve with vanilla ice cream.
