This delightful summer cocktail of vodka, fresh blackberries, lemon, and mint will surprise you with an unexpected addition. But don't be prejudiced against black pepper. Try this drink, and you won't be able to stop drinking it! The flavors blend so harmoniously. Muddle all the ingredients in a glass to release more juices and oils, and top it off with sparkling water. This refreshing cocktail is sure to lift your spirits with its summery appearance, aroma, and balanced taste.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 4 blackberries, plus a few more for garnish
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 sprig of mint and a little for garnish
  • 60 ml of vodka
  • 0.5 - 1 cup of sparkling water

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a highball glass, combine blackberries, lemon juice, sugar, pepper, mint, and vodka. Mash everything together with the handle of a wooden spoon.
  2. Fill a glass with ice and top with sparkling water. Stir. Garnish with blackberries and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
