Grape cheesecake is a very tasty and light dessert that does not require any dough preparation.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • Cinnamon cookies - 150 grams
  • Softened butter - 80 grams
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 grams of sugar
  • Full-fat cottage cheese - 80 grams
  • Thick sour cream - 150 milliliters
  • Ricotta cheese - 60 grams
  • A tablespoon of flour
  • Grated lemon zest
  • Chasselas grapes
  • Muscat grapes
  • Fireproof glasses - 4 pieces

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. You need to grind the butter and cookies in a mixer.
  2. The resulting mixture should be placed on the bottom of the cups.

  3. Next, you need to take the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks and beat them with sugar.
  4. Then you need to combine the yolks and whites and add cottage cheese, sour cream, ricotta, flour, and lemon zest to them.
  5. The oven must be preheated to 160 degrees.
  6. Fill the glasses with the mixture and bake in the oven for half an hour. Allow to cool in the oven.
  7. After this, you need to take the cheesecake cups out of the oven, arrange the grapes on top, cover and place in the refrigerator.
