Simple chicken kebabs can easily be transformed into a sophisticated appetizer by simply adding white grapes and alternating them on skewers with pieces of chicken breast. This transforms ordinary, everyday ingredients into something special. But you'll love the combination of spicy chicken and refreshing, sweet grapes even more.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 0.5 tsp ground coriander
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 450 g boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 2 cm cubes.
  • 8 skewers, 25 cm each.
  • 1.5 cups seedless white grapes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a medium bowl, combine the oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, coriander, and salt. Add the chicken to the marinade and toss to coat. Marinate the chicken for 20 minutes. While the chicken marinates, soak the skewers in water if they are wooden.
  2. Thread 4 chicken pieces and 4 grapes onto skewers, alternating them. Spray a grill pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat, or light an outdoor grill.

  3. Grill the chicken until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Sprinkle with mint and serve with lemon wedges.
