Mini fruit kebabs with blueberry yogurt dipping sauce

How to Make - Mini Fruit Skewers with Blueberry Yogurt Dip
Time: 10 min.
Complexity: easily
Servings: 4

A wonderful way to serve fruit in an interesting way for breakfast, dessert, or as a light snack. Ree Drummond suggests trying a combination of blueberries, pineapple, and raspberries, but you can experiment with other fruits and berries. Thread them one by one onto mini skewers or skewers and arrange the fruit kebabs on a platter. And what would kebabs be without sauce?! Serve them with a yogurt dip made with fresh blueberries, honey, and natural vanilla. Simply blend all the ingredients together in a blender, then dip the fruit and enjoy.

Ingredients:

Fruit mini kebabs
  • 4 blueberries
  • 4 pieces of fresh pineapple
  • 4 raspberries

Blueberry yogurt dip
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 tbsp. honey
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 vanilla pod, cut in half lengthwise, seeds scraped out
