A delicious drink with minimal fat and maximum vitamins. It's perfect for a healthy and active start to the day or a post-workout boost. Some may find the flavor balance too tart and not sweet enough. This can be easily and quickly corrected. While the mixture is still in the blender, you can add more honey or a banana (if frozen, the smoothie will have a thick ice cream consistency).
