If you have hummus and yogurt in the fridge, why not pair them? This super-simple dip is perfect as a snack with fresh vegetables or toasted pita bread. You can also spread it on a turkey sandwich or serve it with grilled chicken. Simply mix plain Greek yogurt with hummus, a little lemon juice, and a dash of hot sauce (like Tabasco), and it's bursting with flavor!


Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup hummus
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • A little hot sauce
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.
