This Indian drink is similar to a milkshake, but with the addition of mango puree it becomes even more delicious.


Ingredients:

  • 225 ml natural yogurt
  • 130 ml of milk
  • 130 ml canned mango pulp or 200 g pulp from 3 fresh mangoes (remove the seeds and cut into slices)
  • 4 tsp sugar to taste or try salt and cardamom seeds
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 minutes, then pour into individual glasses and serve. Try making this cocktail with salt and cardamom seeds. Lassi can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
