Lassi is a refreshing yogurt drink from India, often blended with fruits and spices. The most popular fruit for lassi is mango. In this recipe, we take the traditional flavors of this drink and blend them in a food processor to make super-quick and super-easy ice cream without an ice cream maker.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 100 g (0.5 cup) plain yogurt
- 450 g (about 2 cups) frozen mango
- 1 tbsp. honey
- A pinch of ground cardamom

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Spoon yogurt into ice cube trays and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Place frozen yogurt cubes in a food processor along with mango, honey, and cardamom.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl with a spatula as needed. Transfer to a container, seal tightly, and freeze until firm, at least 1 hour. Freeze for up to 2 months.
