A delicious homemade lassi-flavored ice cream made with yogurt, mango, and spices. To make this ice cream, mango puree is blended with cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric. The spices' piquant flavor perfectly balances the sweet, juicy flavor of the fruit, while the turmeric intensifies the yellow color of the mango, giving your dessert a summery pop. This combination is also rich in vitamins and antioxidants. The second layer of ice cream is a mixture of Greek yogurt and honey. Layer the ingredients in a mold and create a marbled pattern by running a skewer through them.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Using a blender, puree the mango until smooth. Transfer the puree to a small bowl and stir in the cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the yogurt and honey. Fill popsicle molds with alternating layers of mango and yogurt, leaving a 1 cm border. To create a marbled pattern, insert a chopstick or knife into the molds and run it through the layers.

  3. Cover the molds with lids or insert sticks. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
  4. To easily remove ice cream from molds, place them under warm water for 1 minute.
