This delicious guacamole is made with onions, jalapeños, tomatoes, lime, cilantro, and, of course, mango—the perfect fruit for adding tropical flavor and a touch of sweetness to balance the jalapeño's spiciness. Serve with tortilla chips.

1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.

1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3 avocados
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 0.5 tsp coarse salt
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 plum tomato, diced
  • 0.5 cup fresh cilantro leaves

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pits. Dice the avocado, still on the skin, then spoon it into a bowl.
  2. Add red onion, salt, jalapeño, lime juice, mango, and tomatoes and toss gently. Add cilantro.
