If you want to decorate regular savory corn muffins to make them look like cupcakes, try making guacamole frosting! Pipe it onto the finished muffins using a piping bag and enjoy the amazing flavor combination and adorable look of these cupcakes.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 3 ripe avocados, cut in half and scoop out the flesh into a bowl
  • A quarter of a white onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tightly packed fresh cilantro (leaves and thin stems only)
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 small clove of garlic, chopped
  • 12 standard or 24 mini corn muffins

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Combine the avocado, onion, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and 1 teaspoon salt in a food processor and process until smooth. Use the guacamole immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 hours. Top corn muffins with guacamole and enjoy immediately!
