The simplest guacamole recipe includes avocado, jalapeño pepper, tomato, cilantro, and lime juice. Simply mash the guacamole with a fork in a bowl and serve immediately as an appetizer with chips for dipping. Adjust the amount of chili pepper to suit your taste. If you prefer it spicier, you can leave the seeds in.
