To make a delicious and healthy guacamole, in addition to avocado, you'll need chopped red onion, some jalapeño, fresh cilantro, and a lime for squeezing the juice. Simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl or Mexican molcajete and serve with super-crispy, cumin-flavored tortilla chips. Deep-fry them before making the guacamole. For a more impressive presentation, use blue corn tortilla chips.
