Give traditional guacamole a fresh summer flavor by adding a little seasonal fruit to the avocado. Strawberries and mango are a perfect pairing for a fresh, vibrant flavor when paired with tortilla chips. If you prefer a spicier dish, leave the seeded jalapeños in; they'll add a little heat like little bombs.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 0.5 cup fresh strawberries, cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 jalapeño, diced (seeds can be removed)

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Place the flesh of two avocados in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  2. Dice the remaining avocado. Mix it with the avocado puree, strawberries, cilantro, onion, cumin, mango, and jalapeño. Season with salt and pepper again.
