You can really add any fruits and berries you like to this smoothie. Just make sure they're ripe and sweet, so you don't have to add any extra sweetener. Another tip from Bobby Flay: to keep the smoothie from being too watery, use frozen coconut water instead of regular ice.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • Coconut water, plain or flavored
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 mangoes
  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of honey

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Fill ice cube trays with coconut water and freeze.
  2. Place the fruit, honey, and 12–14 coconut ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
