Summer is the season for fresh berries and healthy berry smoothies. Try the combination of strawberries and blueberries in this smooth yogurt smoothie with a subtle hint of coconut. Top the smoothie with granola for a delicious breakfast that will boost your energy and lift your spirits.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup strawberry yogurt
  • Granola, for sprinkling
  • Fresh mint, for garnish
  • Special equipment: plastic straws and 2 jars of 480 ml or 4 jars of 240 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Using a plastic straw, remove the white interior and stem from each strawberry: prick the pointed end of the strawberry with the straw, push it toward the stem, and remove it in one smooth motion. Alternatively, you can trim off the stems and the bitter white flesh with a knife.
  2. Combine strawberries, blueberries, coconut water, and strawberry yogurt in a blender and cover. Blend for at least 30 seconds until smooth.

  3. Pour the smoothie into two 480 ml jars (or glasses) or four 240 ml jars. Sprinkle with granola and garnish with mint leaves.
