This refreshing non-alcoholic punch will appeal to both children and adults. Blueberry puree is made from blended blueberries (frozen blueberries are fine), diluted with cold water, and sweetened with a small amount of honey. The drink is quick and easy to make, and most importantly, it preserves all the vitamins and beneficial properties of blueberries, enhanced by the honey.

Recipe:
Dissolve 2 tablespoons of honey in 1/4 cup of boiling water. In a blender, puree 1 cup of thawed blueberries and 0.5 cups of cold water. Strain the blueberry puree through a fine sieve into a pitcher. Add up to 3.5 cups of cold water and the dissolved honey and stir. Serve with a slice.
