This double-layered popsicle is the perfect adult dessert, filled with the vibrant flavors of summer. The first layer is blueberry puree, the second is a variation of a lemon-mint julep. Both layers are infused with aromatic bourbon. Pour the julep over the blueberry layer once it's set, ensuring the layers don't mingle and creating a beautiful, striking popsicle.
