This aromatic punch with spicy notes is perfect for fall parties. It's made with natural, non-alcoholic apple cider (unfiltered juice) and high-quality maple syrup, rosemary, and bourbon. It's moderately sweet and easy to drink, especially when chilled.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dark amber maple syrup, grade A
  • 1 fresh sprig of rosemary, 7-10 cm long.
  • 3 cups non-alcoholic apple cider
  • 2 tbsp. bourbon
  • 0.5 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 6-8 fresh sprigs of rosemary
  • Apple slices, preferably Fuji or Golden Delicious
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Place the maple syrup and rosemary in a small saucepan. Let it simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, then let it cool. Remove the rosemary and pour the maple syrup into a pitcher.
  • Step 2
  • Add apple cider, bourbon, and lemon juice. Stir. Serve over ice, garnished with rosemary sprigs and apple slices.
