Orange and pineapple juice, along with coconut milk, give this Caribbean-inspired drink a stunning tropical flavor. To keep the punch cold longer and prevent it from becoming watery, add frozen fruit pieces instead of ice. And if you're making this for adults only, you can add rum.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 liter of freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 960 ml orange juice (packaged or freshly squeezed)
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 liter of seltzer water
  • 1 pineapple, cut into 2 cm cubes and freeze
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and frozen
  • 1 orange, cut into thin slices
  • 4 cups light rum

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a large punch bowl, combine orange juice, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and seltzer water. Stir well.
