Dark Rum Punch "Painkiller" - detailed recipe.


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 can (400 ml) coconut milk
  • 90 ml. dark rum Pusser
  • Ice chips
  • 60 ml. pineapple juice
  • 60 ml of orange juice
  • 30 ml lime juice
  • 30 ml sugar syrup
  • A little nutmeg (optional)
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Pineapple and orange slices, for garnish
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Place all ingredients except garnish in a pitcher filled with ice and stir. Pour into individual glasses and garnish with orange slices and pineapple chunks.
