Cranberry punch - detailed recipe.


Ingredients:

  • 8 cardamom pods
  • 4 tubes cinnamon, crumble
  • 12 whole cloves
  • 350 g of concentrated cranberry juice
  • 4 cups red wine
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • Cranberries and orange slices, for garnish
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Place cardamom, cinnamon and cloves in two layers of cheesecloth, roll into a bag and tie in a knot.
  • Step 2
  • In a saucepan, dilute the concentrated cranberry juice with water according to the package directions. Add the wine, honey, and spice bag. Place the saucepan on the stove, cover, and simmer over low heat for 2-3 hours. Once simmering time is up, remove the spices and cool the punch to room temperature. Pour the punch into glasses and garnish with cranberries and orange slices.
