Ingredients:

  • 400 g canned cranberry sauce, chilled
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. l. port wine
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme, plus 1 sprig, for garnish
  • Zest of 1/2 orange plus juice of 1 orange
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

  • Place the cranberry sauce in a bowl, add the maple syrup, port, chopped thyme, and orange zest and juice, and stir to combine. Garnish the sauce with a sprig of thyme.
