Cranberry apple dip - detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 350 g fresh cranberries, peeled
  • 1 and 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 green Granny Smith apple, peeled and chopped
  • Zest and juice of 1 orange
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Simmer the cranberries with the sugar and 1 cup of water in a saucepan over low heat for about 5 minutes, until the berries burst.
  2. Add the apple, citrus zest and juice and cook for another 15 minutes. Remove from heat, cool, and serve.
    Exit: 2.5 tbsp.
