Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 2 cups natural yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp. mango nectar
  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • Ice chips
  • 2 - 4 tbsp. sugar syrup (depending on the sweetness of the mango)
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

  • In a blender, combine the mango, yogurt, nectar, rum, and a few glasses of crushed ice. Blend until smooth and foamy. Sweeten with simple syrup if desired. Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses and serve.
