Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 3/4 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • A small piece of ginger, peeled and grated
  • A pinch of cinnamon, and more for garnish
