A refreshing, thick smoothie is a great way to start any day. And this orange smoothie with vodka and liqueur is perfect for a late Sunday breakfast before a full day of relaxation. The non-alcoholic version is also excellent: just omit the vodka and liqueur.

Ingredients:

  • 220 g frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 30 g of fat-free, sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 orange yogurt (110 g)
  • 1 tbsp. low-fat milk
  • 1 cup vanilla vodka
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur
  • 2 tbsp. ice cubes
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.
