In many countries, avocado is eaten for dessert, in creams and smoothies like this one. The riper the avocado, the sweeter the smoothie will be, so adjust the sweetness to taste. If you have matcha (powdered green tea), add a little to enrich the smoothie with antioxidants, fiber, and nutrients.
