This vibrant green smoothie is refreshing just by looking at it, not to mention its incredible taste. It's made with several types of fresh, dense greens, pineapple, apple, and green food powder, which adds even more nutrition. Blend all ingredients together and drink immediately before the smoothie loses its maximum vitamin content.
