Natural bone-in pork loin cutlets are fried to a beautiful crisp, then simmered in a rich sauce made from canned mushroom soup. The meat is juicy and incredibly tender. Just two main ingredients, and the dish tastes just like something you'd find in a restaurant!



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 natural pork chops on the bone, 1 cm thick (approximately 700 g)
  • 1 can (298 g) Campbell's mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup water

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Heat vegetable oil in a 25 cm skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and fry until browned on both sides.
  2. Add the soup and water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
