Natural bone-in pork chops will acquire a unique flavor if you rub them with a seasoning of sugar, paprika, and onion powder and marinate them in homemade barbecue sauce. The sauce takes a long time to simmer, so you can prepare it in advance. All the spices in the sauce are perfectly balanced and infuse the pork with their amazing flavor. Marinate the bone-in chops for at least 8 hours or overnight. Set some of the sauce aside for serving. You can also use it with other meat dishes.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:

  3. Seasoning:

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
  4. Barbecue sauce:

Combine all sauce ingredients in a large saucepan or Dutch oven.
