Natural pork cutlets in pumpkin barbecue sauce

Complexity: easily
Servings: 4
Grilled meat will gain a unique flavor and a wonderful shine when slathered in pumpkin barbecue sauce. This sauce differs from the classic sauce with its richer, spicier flavor and pumpkin sweetness, which blends harmoniously with the other ingredients, including smoked paprika, which adds a smoky note. Brush the pumpkin barbecue sauce over bone-in pork loin patties a minute before they're ready to cook, ensuring it caramelizes without burning. The sauce will turn out perfectly, whether you grill it outdoors or in a grill pan. You'll have plenty of this delicious sauce left over; store it in the refrigerator and enjoy it with other dishes. Leftover barbecue sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
